By booking, attending, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Total Recovery provides wellness and recovery services which may include:
- Sauna
- Ice bath / cold therapy
- Hot tub facilities
- Compression boot therapy
- Recovery treatments
- Wellness sessions
All services are provided for general wellness and relaxation purposes only and are not medical treatments.
2. Health Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to use our facilities and services.
You must not use our facilities if you:
- Have been advised against heat or cold exposure by a medical professional
- Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Have undisclosed medical conditions that may create risk
- Feel unwell, dizzy, faint, or unfit to participate
By using our services, you confirm that:
- Information provided in health questionnaires is accurate
- You participate voluntarily
- You understand the risks associated with heat therapy, cold therapy, and compression therapy
We strongly recommend consulting a doctor before participating if you have any medical concerns.
3. Assumption Of Risk
Use of our facilities is entirely at your own risk.
You acknowledge that sauna use, cold exposure, hot tubs, and compression therapy may involve risks including but not limited to:
- Dizziness
- Dehydration
- Burns
- Fainting
- Heart-related complications
- Slips or falls
- Injury or illness
By participating, you voluntarily accept all associated risks.
4. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Business Name], its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Injury
- Illness
- Allergic reactions
- Medical complications
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Indirect or consequential loss
This includes incidents arising from:
- Use or misuse of facilities
- Failure to follow instructions
- Undisclosed medical conditions
- Improper conduct by customers
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under UK law.
5. Safety Rules
Customers must:
- Follow all staff instructions
- Use facilities responsibly
- Respect time limits and guidance
- Shower before entering shared facilities where required
- Immediately report feeling unwell
- Respect other guests and staff
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any person behaving unsafely, aggressively, or inappropriately.
6. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings may require advance payment.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than [24/48] hours before booking may receive a refund or reschedule
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings where necessary.
7. Memberships & Packages
Where memberships or packages apply:
- Sessions are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise
- Expiry dates may apply
- Misuse may result in suspension or cancellation without refund
8. Personal Property
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
Total Recovery accepts no responsibility for:
- Lost items
- Theft
- Damage to valuables
Leaving bags in changing room is at the customers own risk
9. Photography & CCTV
CCTV may operate in public areas for safety and security purposes.
Customers must respect the privacy of others and must not photograph or film other guests without permission.
10. App & Website Use
Users must not:
- Misuse the app or website
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Distribute harmful software
- Copy or reproduce business content without permission
We may suspend access where misuse is suspected.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Age Restrictions
Users must be aged 16+
13. Changes To Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.
